Using this site

This website is provided for information about C.H. Paving, LLC and the services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding quote or a guarantee of price, availability or scheduling.

Descriptions of our services are general. The work actually carried out on your property is set out in the written estimate and any agreement you sign with us.

Estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of the property at the time we inspect it. If conditions underneath the existing surface turn out to be different once work begins, we will tell you before carrying out additional work.

An estimate is valid for the period stated on it. Discounts must be presented at the time of the quote request, only one discount applies per project, and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.

Warranty

C.H. Paving provides a one-year warranty. The full warranty terms for your project are set out in the written estimate and any agreement you sign with us.

Contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can inspect it.

Communications and text messaging

C.H. Paving, LLC runs two separate text message programs. Each has its own box on our estimate form. Both boxes are ticked when the form opens, and you can untick either one, or both, before you send it.

Customer care texts: if you leave the first box ticked, you agree to receive text messages and calls from C.H. Paving, LLC at the number you provide, including messages sent by automated means, about your request and our work for you: replies to your enquiry, estimates, scheduling and job updates.

Offers and promotions: if you leave the second box ticked, you agree to receive marketing text messages from C.H. Paving, LLC at the number you provide, including messages sent by automated means, such as seasonal sealcoating reminders, discounts and special offers.

Consent to either program is not a condition of purchase, and you must be 18 or older to opt in. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us at 855-424-7283 or email charlie@chpaving.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
