Accessibility
How we have built this site to be usable by as many people as possible, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Our aim
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
Every page works with a keyboard alone. Images carry text alternatives. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed, and we check text contrast against the AA threshold. Animation respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting and stops when you ask it to.
We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. Overlays tend to interfere with the assistive technology people already use, so we fix the underlying markup instead.
Telling us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, we want to know. Email us and tell us the page and what happened, and we will fix it and reply to you.
