Information we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the type of property, the service you are asking about, and any project details you write in.

We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and which pages you viewed. This comes from your browser's own request headers and our server logs.

How we use it

We use what you send us to prepare your estimate, schedule a visit, and carry out the work you ask for. We use technical information to keep the site running, secure and useful.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Text messages

We run two separate text message programs, each with its own box on our estimate form. You can untick either box, or both, before you send the form. If you leave the first ticked, we text you about your request and our work for you: replies, estimates, scheduling and job updates. If you leave the second ticked, we text you offers and promotions, such as seasonal sealcoating reminders and discounts. You can choose either, both or neither. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics and spam protection

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam out of our forms. Both are provided by Google, which processes data under its Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate: our website host, our email provider, and the customer system we use to track estimates and jobs. They act on our instructions.

We will disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to service the relationship and to meet our tax, insurance and warranty obligations, then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.

You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and newsletter emails by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
